Something in the way she moves

The study of artificial intelligence has been at the forefront of computer science for decades as we seek to understand the nature of human intelligence, and to build computers and machines that can replicate and even surpass it.
 
Cornwall is perhaps not where you’d expect to find a company immersed in this area, producing highly sophisticated robots for use in roles where they have to interact with people. Robots with emotional intelligence – that’s a challenge. In fact Engineered Arts – founded by robot-mad Will Jackson – focuses on using movement to communicate and to make people feel comfortable with them.
